• Pharmacist with 18 years of experience, including 13+ years in the PBM and Medicaid space
• Product Manager of PBM/PBA Platforms and supporting clinical analyses & PBA products
• Pharmacist Director of full suite of PBM/PBA services, including initial setup of helpdesk call center operations, prior authorization programs, rebates, MAC (maximum allowable cost), fiscal agent, and program integrity (audit)
• Pharmacist lead in five (5) major PBM implementations from inception to successful go-live, and subsequent successful CMS certifications
